Dudley joined Glades Crop Care in 1992 and is a Senior Crop Management Specialist. Previous to joining the company, Dudley was a skilled Aquatic Toxicologist as it pertained to agricultural chemicals. Currently, Dudley is a Crop Supervisor in the East Florida area. He has extensive GLP training and majored in Botany and Zoology at Mars Hill College, Mars Hill, NC. Dudley holds a Florida Commercial Applicator Restricted Use Pesticide License with Crop Advisor Exemption.

His area of crop expertise includes citrus, leaf, peppers, snap beans, cucurbits, radish, tomatoes, rice, and sugarcane. Dudley is also a successful mentor/trainer to interns and new scouts, especially for citrus and leaf where he performs an exemplary service for our citrus grower clients. He lives in South Florida with his family and a carefully collected menagerie
