Felicia Parks

Felicia joined Glades Crop Care in 1989 after obtaining her B.A. in Botany from Southern Illinois University. She is a Senior Crop Management Specialist, and has responsibility for Glades Crop Care's top-notch training program for new vegetable scouts. She has become an extraordinary scout trainer and mentor, and works with crops such as tomatoes, citrus, peppers, and potatoes. She holds a Florida Commercial Applicator Restricted Use Pesticide License with Crop Advisor Exemption, is a Certified Florida Citrus Canker Scout, and is a member of the NAICC. Additionally she has been involved in Thrips identification studies and is credited for articles written on the subject. Besides her formidable ag related skills, her value to Glades Crop Care far outweighs her size and diminutive voice with her clear and insightful vision pertaining to organizational and management related issues. She is also an honors graduate from The Dale Carnegie Institute. Felicia lives with her husband and family in Western Florida.
